The Environmental Impact Statement for the new Eurobodalla Regional Hospital is now on public exhibition with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.
As part of the planning approval process, Health Infrastructure is required to lodge a State Significant Development Application (SSDA) with the NSW Department of Planning and Environment.
The SSDA seeks approval for the construction and operation of a hospital in south-east Moruya that will service the needs of the Eurobodalla Shire community.
TheEnvironmental Impact Statement (EIS) contains detailed documentation about the project activities, any potential environmental impacts, and proposed mitigation measures. The EIS is part of the SSDA process.
The public exhibition period is your opportunity to review the documentation and have your say through the formal submission process.
The EIS is out for public exhibition for 28 days, from 7 September to 4 October 2023.
Visit the NSW Department of Planning and Environment planning portal to view the documents and provide feedback.
